We love Naked Kitchens' incredibly stylish designs and were very excited to be back in their West Norfolk showroom shooting a preview of our upcoming AW18 collection.
Our new range is based around a sinuous geometric pattern that is printed in a warm teal, bold purple and delicate taupe on linen. The wave shape of our new placemats can be seen within the pattern of the geometric print which ties the whole collection together. The colour palette for this season is quite a departure from our previous colours but we were really keen to create a fresh look for the new season. We were very lucky with our timing for this shoot as the showroom happened to contain a fabulous teal and purple kitchen which worked perfectly with our new colours.
For this shoot we also used new paintings from our art collection as part of the overall look. We touched on this approach in our SS18 lookbook but are keen to develop a really rounded aesthetic that combines our contemporary homeware, antique furniture and art. The paintings featured in this shoot are all by our new artist Marie Boyle. Her simple, primitive style and strong colours work beautifully in all sorts of different interiors.
