Our clients often ask how to recreate Birdie’s look in their own homes and one of the easiest ways to do this is with accessories. In our shop votives, vases and decorative objects are always arranged in large groups rather than as individuals.

Mixing the same piece in different sizes creates a clean, architectural look that works well on all sorts of surfaces like this console table shown here in Birdie’s own home.

To create interest on a coffee table, combine stacks of books with objects like these elegant Henry Dean votives, mixed here in differing shapes and sizes that are unified by their complimentary colours. Fill one or two with flowers and leave the others empty.

To tie in a separate piece of furniture in the same room create a smaller arrangement with the same objects, shown here in a single unifying colour.

The simplest of vases can look sculptural when arranged in an interesting way, just remember to always group in odd numbers and aim for asymmetry!
