UK Standard Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within up to 7 working days and are sent either with DPD or similar courier company.

Please note, for furniture deliveries we are unable to place the item within the room as our couriers are not insured to enter the property. All furniture items will be delivered to the door so please ensure you have help on hand once we have delivered the items. We will notify you of your upcoming delivery with as much notice as possible to ensure you can organise assistance. We also advise to carefully measure all doorframes, hallways and staircases prior to ordering any furniture.
International Orders
We do ship internationally. If your country is not recognised at the checkout then please do get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.
Please note: All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Should your order contain some larger furniture items (due to the size and weight), you will require a bespoke shipping fee with our specialist international courier. We will be happy to assist in obtaining a quote and providing assistance.
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your parcel is returned to us.
Pre Order UK
For all items currently in stock, your order will be allocated and shipped immediately via the appropriate shipping method. We will ensure your items are sent out promptly to reach you as quickly as possible.
Pre-order items will be shipped separately once the physical stock is received at our warehouse. You will be notified when these items are ready for dispatch.
There will be no additional shipping charges for orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items. The shipping cost will remain the same as initially paid at checkout.
Pre Order International
For international customers, please note that all items in your order will be dispatched together once the pre-order items are received at our warehouse.
By consolidating the order, we are able to manage customs and duties as a single transaction for the entire order, avoiding delays and extra costs to allow a smoother delivery.
Collect From Store

We will get your order ready as soon as possible and you will be notified via email that your order is ready for collection.
Collection orders ordinarily take 2 working day to be fulfilled, although this may change in busy periods. If you need to collect urgently, please give us a call on 01328 851651 and we will arrange this for you.
Loss and Damages
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 01328 851651 or info@birdiefortescue.co.uk
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

International Returns

Our new and updated returns portal gives you multiple courier and cost options, so you can choose the one that suits you best. Please note that some items may be limited to specific couriers due to size or weight.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
For full price items the return window is 28 days upon delivery, sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note, our Made to Order Furniture is hand crafted just for you and since every piece is bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds on items in this collection. However, we do understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned so we offer 7 days to amend the order once it has been placed and if a return is absolutely unavoidable then we are happy to help. Please note, that a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of your custom-made piece, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
