Delivery & Returns Information

UK Standard Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within up to 7 working days and are sent either with DHL or similar courier company.

Please note, for furniture deliveries we are unable to place the item within the room as our couriers are not insured to enter the property. All furniture items will be delivered to the door so please ensure you have help on hand once we have delivered the items. We will notify you of your upcoming delivery with as much notice as possible to ensure you can organise assistance. We also advise to carefully measure all doorframes, hallways and staircases prior to ordering any furniture.

Collect From Store

Click and Collect is available at the checkout and orders are available for collection 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders will be available to collect from 4 Clipbush Business Park, Hawthorn Way, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8SX

We will get your order ready as soon as possible and you will be notified via email that your order is ready for collection.

Collection orders ordinarily take 2 working day to be fulfilled, although this may change in busy periods. If you need to collect urgently, please give us a call on 01328 851651 and we will arrange this for you. 

International Orders

We do ship internationally. If your country is not recognised at the checkout then please do get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.

Occasionally we may need to ask for an additional contribution for shipping internationally, costs vary depending on shipping.

Please note, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your parcel is returned to us.

Loss and Damages

We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 01328 851651 or info@birdiefortescue.co.uk

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Returns and Exchanges

To return an item please raise a return request via our Returns Portal . We will not be able to process returns that have not been raised via the Returns Portal, please do not return your item to us until your request has been approved.

You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 28 days. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.

Sale items are returnable within 14 days after receipt in return for a full refund. Sale items returned within 14-28 days after receipt will be exchanged for a credit note. 

All art must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Any artwork returned outside of this window will be exchanged for a credit note.

To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to info@birdiefortescue.co.uk - All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
