Delivery Information
- All items are fulfilled directly from our US warehouse with no import duties or fees.
- For smaller items please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
- Larger items can take up to 10 working days.
- You will receive all tracking information once your shipment is on its way, please ensure you are at home at time of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returning some items may be limited to specific couriers due to size or weight
- Returns are sent back to our US warehouse
- Once you have submitted a return request and it has been approved you will receive further details on where to send your items
- Please note, as a small business we cannot cover the cost of returns unless an item is damaged or faulty
- For full price items the return window is 28 days upon delivery.
- For sale or discounted items the window is 14 days upon delivery.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Loss and Damages
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact our UK Customer Service team immediately on +441328 851651 or info@birdiefortescue.co.uk
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
