If you’re a professional interior designer (residential or commercial), interior stylist, property developer or similar, we would be delighted for you to open a Trade account with us.

All discounts will be automatically applied to eligible products when you are logged in to your Trade account, you will also be able to see the RRP. Please note, discounts vary dependant on product and are not applicable to art and items in sale.

With our new Trade portal you no longer need to input the TRADE20 code at checkout as all discounts are automatically applied to eligible products. Simply login for the discounts to appear and add to your cart. 

To access your VAT receipt please log on to your Trade account. Once logged in you will be redirected to your account homepage and your order history where you need to click on the order number that you require the VAT receipt for.

As table lamp bases vary so much it’s very hard to predict the exact size you might need. As an approximate guide the diameter of the lampshade base should be roughly the same measurement as the height of the lamp base. For standard lamps opt for our largest size shade.

The small white plastic ring that comes with your lampshade snaps neatly into the centre of the bottom of the shade carrier to make the hole the right size to fit a standard B22 (UK) lamp. Our lamps have ES (E27) bulb holders which are larger than the standard B22.

We recommend 40 watt LED bulbs in ‘pearl’ or ‘opal’ finishes rather than clear. Sometimes a higher wattage or clear bulb will create a visible shadow. 

Some of our lamp bulb fittings have a ball joint so that they can be adjusted to suit. Occasionally fittings may move slightly in transit but they can be easily adjusted by carefully manipulating the fitting.

Our three sizes of candle shade all have a ‘butterfly’ fitting. The two wire loops need to be gently eased apart when the shade is brand new so that they then fit over the top of the bulb. 

To increase the longevity of your rattan furniture please store inside or cover during winter and wetter months to avoid the rattan becoming damp and damaged. We recommend using a dry soft cloth to wipe our rattan furniture. We also recommend attaching silicon or rubber caps to the base of the chair legs to avoid friction with the floor. This will ensure that the wrapping at the base doesn't get damaged.
