International Returns

We accept international returns from most countries, although some exclusions do apply. If you'd like to confirm whether your country is eligible, please email us at returns@birdiefortescue.co.uk

All Returns

• Returning some items may be limited to specific couriers due to size or weight.
• For full price items the return window is 28 days upon delivery, sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.

All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Please note, our Made to Order Furniture is hand crafted just for you and since every piece is bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds on items in this collection. However, we do understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned so we offer 7 days to amend the order once it has been placed and if a return is absolutely unavoidable then we are happy to help. Please note, that a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of your custom-made piece, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
