Returns Information
- Returning some items may be limited to specific couriers due to size or weight
- Returns are sent back to our US warehouse
- Once you have submitted a return request and it has been approved you will receive further details on where to send your items
- Please note, as a small business we cannot cover the cost of returns unless an item is damaged or faulty
- For full price items the return window is 28 days upon delivery.
- For sale or discounted items the window is 14 days upon delivery.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
