Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery
Dispatched within up to 10 working days via DPD or similar courier. Delays may occur during busy periods or if awaiting stock. Furniture is delivered to the door only.

US Delivery and Returns

All products listed on our US website are shipped directly from our US warehouse with no import fees, if you require a product that is not listed on our US website, please contact our Customer Service team. For returns, items are sent back to our local US warehouse and returns requests can be made via our Returns Portal

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. For any orders outside of the US, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Large furniture items may require a bespoke shipping quote. US customers may be asked for IRS / EIN / SSN details by customs.

The First Step Into The World Of Birdie Fortescue

When I made my first order from this small company based in Norfolk ,I was so excited I had been looking for the right Home furnishings to update my Living Room for some time and I found it on line.When I received my first box and opened it to find this glorious site to be hold , things of beauty that transformed ,and fuelled the need and desire for more.
My room is transforming month by month and has been elevated to my favourite space ,a happy feel good space that I can be proud of .
