Please note, for furniture deliveries we are unable to place the item within the room as our couriers are not insured to enter the property. All furniture items will be delivered to the door so please ensure you have help on hand once we have delivered the items. We will notify you of your upcoming delivery with as much notice as possible to ensure you can organise assistance. We also advise to carefully measure all doorframes, hallways and staircases prior to ordering any furniture.
International Orders
We are delighted to ship internationally. Please note, we may need to ask for an additional contribution for shipping internationally. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping quotes.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note, items from the Warehouse Clearance Sale are non-refundable. Some products may have discolouration or marks, which has been reflected in the price.
If you do need to return an item, simply raise a request via our Returns Portal, you will need your order number and email address or post code.
For full price items the return window is 28 days upon delivery, sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Lovely lamp base, excellent quality. I initially thought it was broken because it arrived with the top bit twisted at a slight angle, but I subsequently learned that all BF lamps have an adjustable ball fitting to allow the light to be adjusted and directed. It’s a lovely muted shade of green and goes perfectly with a bespoke palm tree lampshade I had made. The cord is very good quality too and stylish.
