  • Care instructions: Clean gently with a damp cloth
  • Rattan is a sensitive material, and there are natural aging factors—such as direct light, exposure to open air, temperature variations, and dust—that can cause rattan to darken or dull over time. To extend the life of the rattan, we apply a lacquer coating to each production piece, which helps prevent it from darkening quickly.

Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery
Dispatched within up to 10 working days via DPD or similar courier. Delays may occur during busy periods or if awaiting stock. Furniture is delivered to the door only.

US Delivery and Returns

All products listed on our US website are shipped directly from our US warehouse with no import fees, if you require a product that is not listed on our US website, please contact our Customer Service team. For returns, items are sent back to our local US warehouse and returns requests can be made via our Returns Portal

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. For any orders outside of the US, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Large furniture items may require a bespoke shipping quote. US customers may be asked for IRS / EIN / SSN details by customs.

love this light shade

we have this in our bedroom, it looks lovely, is good quality and we now have one in our spare room too and thinking about purchasing one more! Easy, neutral colour and it feels warm and welcoming and adds a bit of subtle rattan texture to the room. Very pleased with it.
