Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery
Dispatched within up to 10 working days via DPD or similar courier. Delays may occur during busy periods or if awaiting stock. Furniture is delivered to the door only.

US Delivery and Returns

All products listed on our US website are shipped directly from our US warehouse with no import fees, if you require a product that is not listed on our US website, please contact our Customer Service team. For returns, items are sent back to our local US warehouse and returns requests can be made via our Returns Portal

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. For any orders outside of the US, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Large furniture items may require a bespoke shipping quote. US customers may be asked for IRS / EIN / SSN details by customs.

Handcrafted and bespoke. Non-refundable. Amendments allowed within 7 days. Returns (if unavoidable) incur a 40% restocking fee.

Perfect cushion

This cushion is true to colour, feels luxurious and looks fabulous. It's dressing up a fairly neutral armchair and making it look comfy, inviting and stylish. It was part of a larger order and arrived within a week of ordering. Very pleased.
