If you have purchased a String Vase the glass inner part will need to be washed separately by hand, clean the outer part gently with a damp cloth if necessary but do not submerge.
As a British company all of our lamps are fitted with three pin point plug sockets. If you are oversees and would like one of our lamps we would be happy to recommend plug adapters for you.
