UK Standard Delivery

UK Furniture Delivery
For UK furniture delivery, please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive a notification of when your delivery is due to arrive and our courier team will place the item in the room you choose and unwrap the piece, so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery of the item.
Collections
Orders are available for collection 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday from our warehouse. Address: 4 Clipbush Business Park, Hawthorn Way, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8SX
We will get your order ready as soon as possible and you will be notified via email that your order is ready for collection.
Collection orders ordinarily take 2 working day to be fulfilled, although this may change in busy periods. If you need to collect urgently, please give us a call on 01328 851651 and we will arrange this for you.
Made to Order Pieces
Our made to order pieces are handcrafted in the UK, please allow 4-6 weeks for your piece to be created and delivered. You will receive an update when the item is ready to be shipped.
International Orders
We are delighted to ship internationally. Please note, we may need to ask for an additional contribution for shipping internationally. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping quotes.
ALL duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Loss and Damages
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 01328 851651 or info@birdiefortescue.co.uk
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
International Returns
We accept international returns from most countries, although some exclusions do apply. If you'd like to confirm whether your country is eligible, please email us at (info@birdiefortescue.co.uk). All Returns
Our new and updated returns portal gives you multiple courier and cost options, so you can choose the one that suits you best. Please note that some items may be limited to specific couriers due to size or weight.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns and ensuring items are securely packaged as they were received, with suitable protection for transport.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email (info@birdiefortescue.co.uk) and select ‘Faulty Item’ as the reason when registering your return in the portal.

For items delivered via our specialist furniture courier (e.g. Ados), please get in touch with us directly to arrange your return, as these require a different process.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
For full price items the return window is 28 days upon delivery, sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note, our Made to Order Furniture is hand crafted just for you and since every piece is bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds on items in this collection. However, we do understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned so we offer 7 days to amend the order once it has been placed and if a return is absolutely unavoidable then we are happy to help. Please note, that a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of your custom-made piece, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
