Care Advice

To maintain the finish, we recommend cleaning the furniture after exposure to rain or snow. While designed for outdoor use, limiting prolonged exposure to the elements will help preserve the colour over time.

With the correct care, the finish will remain beautiful for years, though frequent exposure to harsher conditions may result in gradual fading.

Cushion fabric is water-repellent. Care instructions:

• Cool wash at 40°C or below on a gentle cycle
• Do not dry clean
• Cool iron (max. 160°C)
• Tumble dry on a low, permanent press setting

Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery
Dispatched within up to 10 working days via DPD or similar courier. Delays may occur during busy periods or if awaiting stock. Furniture is delivered to the door only.

US Delivery and Returns

All products listed on our US website are shipped directly from our US warehouse with no import fees, if you require a product that is not listed on our US website, please contact our Customer Service team. For returns, items are sent back to our local US warehouse and returns requests can be made via our Returns Portal

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. For any orders outside of the US, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Large furniture items may require a bespoke shipping quote. US customers may be asked for IRS / EIN / SSN details by customs.
