This ticket gives you entry to our Annual Clearance Sale at The Granary, Church Farm, Fring, Norfolk, PE31 6SE.

Opening Hours

Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm

Your ticket is valid throughout the event and can be used on any or all of the sale days during opening hours, so you're welcome to visit more than once.

Once you've booked your ticket, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email with everything you need to know before the event. Please keep this email and bring it with you on the day, either printed or on your phone.

Your ticket is valid for entry to our Annual Clearance Sale from Friday 7th August – Tuesday 11th August during opening hours. You're welcome to visit on any or all of the sale days.

Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm
Parking will be signposted on arrival. Please follow the signs to the designated parking area, with a short walk through the flower meadow to the sale. A loading bay will be available for larger purchases.

Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery
Dispatched within up to 10 working days via DPD or similar courier. Delays may occur during busy periods or if awaiting stock. Furniture is delivered to the door only.

US Delivery and Returns

All products listed on our US website are shipped directly from our US warehouse with no import fees, if you require a product that is not listed on our US website, please contact our Customer Service team. For returns, items are sent back to our local US warehouse and returns requests can be made via our Returns Portal

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. For any orders outside of the US, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Large furniture items may require a bespoke shipping quote. US customers may be asked for IRS / EIN / SSN details by customs.

In-stock items ship immediately. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives. No extra shipping costs apply.

Made to Order Furniture
Handcrafted and bespoke. Non-refundable. Amendments allowed within 7 days. Returns (if unavoidable) incur a 40% restocking fee.
