Our Made to Order Furniture is hand crafted just for you and since every piece is bespoke, we are unable to offer refunds on items in this collection. However, we do understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned so we offer 7 days to amend the order once it has been placed and if a return is absolutely unavoidable then we are happy to help. Please note, that a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of your custom-made piece, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Before placing your order, we encourage you to double check all measurements, including the room you would like your piece in, as well as doorways, hallways and entryways to ensure easy delivery and instalment of your item. Please note, the feet are unable to be removed from the Upholstered Armchairso please include these in your measurements.
